Conduct routine monitoring of kitchen equipment, water systems, and electrical systems within the designated outlets Perform necessary repairs and maintenance tasks as needed to ensure the proper functioning of the outlet.

Document issues and maintenance work performed, maintaining detailed records.

🧾 Tanggung Jawab:

Kualifikasi Equivalent to a vocational high school diploma (SMK).Experience as Technicians for multi-outlet F&B operations.
Knowledge of MEP systems (piping, electricity, gas systems) and kitchen equipment (fryers, burners, freezers, hot displays, bain-marie, etc.).
Strong time management abilities.
Effective problem-solving skills.
Ability to work well in a team.
