• You'll work end-to-end: from exploring raw data to deploying models in production, and you'll have a direct line to leadership on how data products shape business decisions.

• What You’ll Do Build, validate, and maintain machine learning models for credit risk scoring, fraud detection, and customer behavior prediction.

• Own production model pipelines end-to-end: from data extraction and feature engineering through deployment and monitoring.

• Design and run A/B experiments with proper statistical rigor to test and improve lending strategies.

• Use predictive analytics to optimize decisions across risk management, marketing, collections, and customer experience.

• Work directly with leadership and cross-functional teams to translate business problems into data-driven solutions.

• Contribute to new product development by building data products that improve how we serve our users.

• What We're Looking For Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Econometrics, or a related quantitative field.

• Some professional experience (or strong project/internship experience) in data science, machine learning, or a related analytical role.

• Fintech or lending experience is a plus, not a requirement.

• Solid working knowledge of Python and SQL.

• Familiarity with core ML techniques: supervised/unsupervised learning, classification, regression, clustering.

• Exposure to data visualization tools (Metabase, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar).

• Ability to communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
