Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communication and maintaining strong client relationships.

Develop and present campaign proposals, including digital strategy, timeline, and budget planning.

• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the company.

• Oversee project execution to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality expectations.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.

• Prepare regular campaign reports to update clients on progress, performance metrics, and key insights.

• Support pitching processes for acquiring new clients by contributing to strategic proposals and presentations.

• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction, offering proactive solutions and fresh ideas to meet evolving marketing goals.

• Manage administrative tasks such as contracts, invoicing, project documentation, and post-campaign reporting.

• Kualifikasi Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 1–2 years of working experience as an Account Executive in a digital agency.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including social media, paid media, influencer marketing, SEO/SEM, and content strategy.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.

• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and strong problem-solving abilities.

• Comfortable working under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.

• Confident in delivering presentations and communicating ideas to clients and internal teams.

• Proficient in project management and productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Trello.

• Familiarity with digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) is a plus.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken) is an advantage, especially when dealing with multinational clients.
