Warehouse Management & Operations Oversee all inbound, outbound, and inventory activities to ensure efficient operations and compliance with established procedures.

• Ensure accurate and timely system updates, maintaining consistency between system data and physical inventory.

• Plan and coordinate material preparation, packing, and dispatch to meet delivery timelines.

• Manage warehouse layout and storage conditions, ensuring proper labeling and compliance with safety, quality, and 5S standards.

• Enforce FIFO/FEFO principles across all warehouse operations.

• Monitor and control receiving processes from suppliers and internal departments to ensure accuracy and quality.

• Track and manage slow-moving or obsolete inventory (SAD), optimizing inventory turnover.

• Conduct periodic cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records.

• Proactively identify operational risks and propose improvement initiatives to minimize losses and enhance efficiency.

• Inventory Control & Compliance Ensure full compliance with GSP, GDP, and internal policies.

• Maintain accuracy, transparency, and traceability of all inventory transactions.

• Update inventory data promptly and accurately in systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).

• Prepare and analyze periodic inventory and operational reports to support decision-making.

• Cross-functional Coordination & Audit Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Sales, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth product flow.

• Prepare documentation and support internal and external audits.

• Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Specialized Handling Oversee the safe handling, storage, and segregation of specialty materials, ensuring strict adherence to Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).

• Manage specialized storage requirements, such as temperature-controlled zones, to preserve product integrity.

• Enforce emergency response and spill containment protocols to guarantee a secure working environment.

• Cost Management and Vendor Coordination Monitor warehouse operating expenses (OPEX) and proactively identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety.

• Evaluate and manage relationships with Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers, transportation vendors… to optimize service levels.

• Other tasks assigned.

• EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE /TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS / COMPETENCIES Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Pharmacy, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management; experience in pharmaceutical or chemical warehouses is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of GSP and GDP standards (mandatory).

• Proficient in reading and understanding English documents.

• Solid understanding of inventory management principles (FIFO/FEFO).

• Hands-on experience with systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent.

• Strong analytical and data management skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting.

• Detail-oriented, highly responsible, and compliance-driven.

• Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills.
