Deskripsi pekerjaan General Affairs Staff PT CAHAYA RESEARCH INDONESIA - Procurement & vendor Management : Manage the entire procurement process from vendor search, price comparison (quotation), negotiation, to ensureing goods arrive according to specifications and on time - Purchasing & Inventory : Responsible for purchasing routine office supplies (stationery, pantry, cleaning supplies) and maintaining stock availability to ensure smooth operations - Building & Facility Maintenance : Conduct routine checks on office conditions (electricity, air conditioning, cleanliness, sequrity, and other facilities) and ensure a safe and comfortable work environment - HRIS Administration (Talenta) : Accurately manage employee data, attendance, leave / overtime request, and other administrative tasks through the Talenta by Mekari application - General Affairs Support : Handle general tasks such as permits, asset management (asset tagging) and coordination with third parties (couries, maintenance, etc.) - Recruitment : End to end reqruitment process including employee onboarding
