RAJA AMPAT IS CALLING Be Part of Our Journey A friendly diving center in beautiful Gam Island, Raja Ampat, Southwest Papua is looking for someone who enjoys nature and tourism to fill the position below: CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ADMINISTRATION STAFF You’ll help create a friendly and relaxing experience for our guests by: • Gently guiding guests through check-in and check-out with a warm, friendly touch • Handling reservations (online and by phone) with care and attention • Welcoming guests by collecting the necessary details for a comfortable stay • Listening and responding to any concerns with professionalism and kindness • Assisting guests with payment information in a clear and helpful way • Keeping booking and payment records neat and up to date • Preparing invoices in line with company practices and sharing them with guests • Looking after customer records, making sure all details are current and accurate • Creating and managing simple, engaging promotions for social media Who We’re Looking For • Female candidate • Minimum high school or tourism vocational school background • Around 2 years of experience in customer service and administration. • Comfortable communicating in English (Mandatory). • Based in Southwest Papua (preferred) • Enjoys nature and outdoor activities, especially diving Facilities & Support • Cozy wooden dormitory accommodation and daily meals provided • Air travel assistance for qualified candidates from outside Southwest Papua You’re warmly invited to submit your CV by March 31, 2026
