What You’ll Be Working On: 1. Develop production plans, manage daily operations, monitor output, and adjust processes to meet targets and deadlines. 2. Create and manage the manufacturing budget, monitor production costs, and identify opportunities for cost reduction. 3. Implement and enforce quality control standards, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and manage equipment maintenance. 4. Prepare and present production reports to senior management, and assist in developing overall business strategy. 5. Work with other departments like engineering, logistics, and sales to coordinate material supply, delivery schedules, and meet customer demand.
