• * Developing campaign strategies and executing end-to-end collaborations, managing medium to large-scale campaigns involving KOLs/Creators/Affiliates per month * ⁠Creating creative briefs, and optimizing campaign performance through data analysis and budget management. * Building and maintaining a structured database of thousands of KOLs/Creators/Affiliates (selection, briefing, performance history, evaluation). * Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with KOLs, creators, affiliates, and collaboration partners. * Monitoring & Reporting: Ensuring campaign execution follows the timeline, brief, and KPIs; managing endorsement budgets transparently and efficiently; and preparing comprehensive campaign performance reports.
