Deskripsi pekerjaan Recruitment Operations Intern PT Pintar Pemenang Asia As a Recruitment Operations Intern, you will support the end-to-end recruitment process, primarily from an operational and administrative perspective.

You will collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure sourcing, screening, and interview processes run efficiently, in a structured and timely manner.

• Key Responsibilities Support recruitment operations to improve speed to hire and overall hiring effectiveness Assist in sourcing candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, Glints, and other channels) based on team direction Conduct initial CV screening and manage candidate administrative data Perform candidate outreach and follow-ups via WhatsApp, email, or other platforms Schedule interviews (internal and external) and ensure candidate attendance (reminders & confirmations) Maintain and update candidate data in trackers or recruitment systems Monitor candidate pipeline and follow up actively and consistently Assist in preparing basic reports on recruitment progress Support post-hiring administrative processes as needed Qualifications Undergraduate student or fresh graduate in Management, Business, Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field Previous internship or organizational experience is preferred (especially in administration, HR, or operations) Basic proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel for data tracking and management Familiar with professional communication via WhatsApp and email Detail-oriented with strong time management skills Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work both independently and in a team Good communication skills Plus points: familiarity with PowerPoint/Canva and proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
