This role focuses on high-volume outbound outreach, connecting with business decision-makers, and generating qualified leads for partnerships.

• You will be responsible for introducing Pintar’s workforce solutions—specifically in supplying talent—through structured yet adaptive conversations.

• This is a performance-oriented role suited for individuals who are resilient, persuasive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced sales environment.

• Key Responsibilities Conduct 50–100+ cold calls per day targeting companies across the Middle East Present and pitch Pintar’s manpower solutions clearly and confidently Identify and qualify potential leads based on business needs Schedule meetings and build a strong pipeline of partnership opportunities Execute consistent follow-ups via calls, messaging, and email Maintain accurate records of outreach and lead status Requirements Native-level Arabic fluency with strong English communication skills 1–3 years experience in cold calling, telesales, or outbound SDR roles Proven track record of meeting call targets and generating leads Comfortable engaging with business owners and decision-makers Strong phone presence with clear and confident delivery Key Skills Effective objection handling and persuasion techniques Ability to follow scripts while adapting naturally in conversations Strong communication skills, especially in Arabic business context Organized and consistent in outreach and follow-up execution Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) Experience handling or calling Middle East markets Background in recruitment, manpower supply, or outsourcing industries Ideal Candidate Traits Resilient – handles rejection without losing momentum Target-driven – thrives in performance-based environments Disciplined – consistent in daily outreach execution Fast learner & coachable – able to absorb feedback and improve quickly Proactive – takes initiative beyond assigned tasks
