Location: Remote / Field-Based (Coverage: Nationwide Indonesia) About the Role Well Lead Medical, a leading global manufacturer of medical devices (Urology, Anesthesia, Respiratory, and more), is looking for a dynamic Market Representative to spearhead our growth in Indonesia. You will be the face of the company, working closely with distributors to penetrate the market and provide high-quality medical solutions across the country.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and strategic planning skills.

• Travel: Willingness and ability to travel frequently across Indonesia to support nationwide business operations.

• Language: Professional fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required for international coordination.

• Education: Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any field (Medical/Bio-medical/Pharmacy background is a plus).

• Channel Support: Collaborate with local distributors to implement sales strategies and achieve market targets.

• Market Intelligence: Conduct on-the-ground research to identify trends, competitor activities, and industry dynamics.

• Reporting: Prepare regular sales forecasts, budget plans, and performance reports for senior management.

• Representation: Act as the company’s representative at industry events, trade shows, and seminars throughout Indonesia.
