This position is responsible for leading market expansion, building operations from the ground up, and driving sustainable growth across the Indonesian market.

• This role requires a balance between strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with full ownership of business outcomes.

• Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for the Indonesian market, with full ownership of business performance and profitability Build and lead a local team across content, digital marketing, community management, and partnerships Drive user acquisition and engagement through multi-channel strategies including SEO, social media, and community-driven platforms Oversee content production and optimization processes, leveraging data insights to improve performance and user engagement Identify and establish partnerships with brands, e-commerce sellers, and key opinion leaders to expand business opportunities Collaborate closely with regional and global teams to align local execution with overall business objectives Design and implement efficient operational processes, including performance tracking and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to continuously refine growth strategies Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in leadership roles within digital, e-commerce, or technology-driven industries Proven track record in building and scaling business operations, ideally within Southeast Asia Strong understanding of digital growth strategies, including content, SEO, and community-based engagement Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies Experience in managing cross-functional teams and building teams from an early stage is highly preferred Familiarity with AI-driven content or scalable digital processes is a strong advantage Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a cross-cultural environment Highly proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
