• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field) Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Product Support / Technical Support / Sales Engineering Experience in industrial equipment, safety devices, or autolube systems is an advantage Strong troubleshooting and technical analytical skills Good communication skills (verbal and written) Able to work independently as well as in a team Proficient in Microsoft Office Willing to conduct site visits / customer visits Possession of a valid driving license (SIM A/C) is an advantage
