Deskripsi pekerjaan Project Manager - CRM PT Mitra Solusi Infokom (MSInfokom) We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale Customer Experience and CRM transformation project for a major financial institution in Indonesia.

This role will lead the implementation of an enterprise Customer Handling Management platform, integrating multiple customer service channels, backend banking systems, and operational workflows.

• The position is ideal for a senior IT project leader who enjoys managing complex enterprise implementations and working with cross-functional teams across business and technology.

• You will: Lead a large-scale CRM implementation project within the banking industry Work with senior stakeholders across business and technology teams Manage multi-system integration projects Drive customer experience transformation Lead a high-performing team of consultants, developers, and architects This role offers exposure to enterprise-scale system implementation and digital transformation initiatives.

• What will you do: As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the project end-to-end.00 Project Planning & Execution Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones Ensure delivery of project objectives within scope, timeline, and budget Lead project governance and reporting Stakeholder Management Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors Facilitate workshops and requirement discussions Provide regular project status updates to senior management Delivery Management Oversee all phases of project implementation: Requirement & Design, System Development, Integration, Testing (SIT / UAT), Deployment & Go-Live, Post-Go-Live stabilization What we are looking for: 8+ years experience in IT Project Management Experience managing enterprise system implementation projects Experience working in banking, financial services, or enterprise environments Strong preference for candidates who have worked on: CRM implementations Customer service platforms Contact center systems Digital transformation initiatives Enterprise system integration CRM platform implementation SaaS enterprise applications Large-scale system integration projects Banking or financial services technology projects Experience working with: Agile / Scrum Waterfall Hybrid delivery models Tools (Preferred) Jira Confluence Microsoft Project Collaboration tools (Teams / Slack) Certifications (Preferred): PMP Scrum Master ITIL Foundation Personal Attributes: Strong leadership and decision-making ability Excellent communication skills Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
