• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major. from Mandarin Literature will be plus+

• At least 2 years of experience in general affairs or administrative support.

• Fluent in Mandarin, min HSK-5 above (spoken and written)

• Proficient in English.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Responsible, organized, and able to work independently or in a team.

• Fresh graduate are welcome (with min HSK-5)

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in a Chinese company

• Handle office administration, facility management, and general office operations.

• Coordinate company asset management, procurement, and maintenance schedules.

• Support company licensing, building access, and vendor management.

• Maintain documentation and filing related to general affairs and HR administration.

• Translate document

• Assist in internal coordination and communication, especially with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
