• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing/performance marketing.

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role is a plus.

• Proficient in digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads).

• Strong understanding of CRO, marketing funnel, and data analytics.
