• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.

• Creative thinking in sourcing strategies and ability to think outside the box.

• Familiarity in handling clients and business inquiries in Financial services is a plus.

• Collaborate with the business development team to create and implement effective lead-generation strategies.

• Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities using our CRM system.

• Provide feedback and insights from potential clients to enhance our service offerings.

• Contacting potential and existing customers on a regular basis via phone/chat Handling customer inquiries & questions Managing the sales process through specific software programs Helping in creating accounts and making transactions for users Mastering the knowledge of products/services offered to ensure proper & relevant information is given to potential users Achieving minimum target for each service line on multiple services offered
