Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing communication plans aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

• Create compelling marketing messages for campaigns, promotions, and corporate communications.

• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Business Development) to ensure consistent messaging.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing communication activities.

• Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms.

• Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare regular reports.

• Produce creative content including captions, visuals, videos, and basic design assets.

• Candidate requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related field.

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in marketing communication and/or social media management.

• Experience managing multiple social media platforms for a brand or company.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Solid understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.

• Content planning and copywriting skills.

• Basic knowledge of design and editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe, CapCut).

• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into action.

• Time management and multitasking skills.
