Deskripsi pekerjaan Information Technology Project Manager (Junior) PT Vylera Labs Indonesia Job Title: Junior Project Manager (IT, Design, & Client Relations) Reports to: CTO & VP of MarComm Location: Gading Serpong - Bumi Serpong Damai Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive, highly organized Project Manager to act as the primary bridge between our Fullstack IT team, Design team, and external clients. Reporting directly to the CTO and VP of MarComm, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with both technical constraints and client business goals. This role is perfect for a process-driven communicator who excels at translating complex technical or design roadblocks into clear business updates, while actively protecting project scopes and optimizing team workflows.

• Strong foundation in project management, workflow optimization, and business analysis.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to "translate" between technical teams, creative teams, and non-technical clients.

• Highly organized with a proven track record of managing complex documentation, event logistics, or multi-stakeholder projects.

• A strong understanding of risk management, contract scope protection, and compliance.

• An eagerness to learn tech and design operations; prior certifications in Project Management, Business Analysis, or Marketing are a strong plus.

• Cross-Functional Project Coordination Timeline & Resource Management: Utilize core project management principles to plan key deliverables, coordinate stakeholders, and manage timelines across multiple concurrent projects. Bridging IT and Design: Ensure the Design team's wireframes and mockups are technically feasible by facilitating clear communication with the Fullstack team prior to client approval. Task Tracking: Break down overarching project phases into manageable sprints or tickets, assigning them accurately to respective IT and Design team members.

• Client Handling & Expectation Management Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the main liaison between the client and internal teams, maintaining transparent and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle. Business Alignment: Ensure the final IT and Design deliverables align with the client's target audience, branding, and go-to-market strategies.

• Risk Management & Scope Protection Scope Creep Mitigation: Actively identify potential risks and out-of-scope client requests. Cross-reference client demands with original project agreements and SLAs to protect development hours. Compliance & Oversight: Structure project documentation, identify risks early, and ensure that deliverables—especially those involving data or compliance—adhere to agreed-upon frameworks.

• Process Optimization Documentation: Manage all project-related documents, data recording, and internal/external correspondence with a high degree of accuracy. Continuous Improvement: Regularly review business process models and workflow efficiency across the IT and Design teams to support strategic decision-making and bottleneck reduction. What to Expect in Your First 30 Days (Integration & Mentorship Phase): We believe in setting our team members up for success. Your first month will focus on shadowing and learning our product development lifecycle. Workflow Auditing: Shadow the CTO and VP of MarComm to map out the lifecycle of client requests from initial pitch to final deployment. Technical Immersion: Sit in on IT daily stand-ups and Design review sessions to learn our technical vocabulary, constraints, and how UI/UX principles are translated into development tickets. Meeting Management: Assume responsibility for preparing and organizing meeting minutes for internal tech/design syncs and client meetings to ensure accurate record-keeping and follow-up.
