Monitor complaints or enquiries (DMs, Comments) on social media accounts and reach out to provide assistance.
Improving social media experience, creating engagement with audiences, and facilitating organic growth.
Managing content upload schedules.
Respond to audience queries in a timely and accurate way.
Update our internal databases with information about issues. Minimum
