Deskripsi pekerjaan Finance Accounting Tax Manager (Mandarin Speaker) PT AIJOY HOME TECHNOLOGY INDONESIA Job Responsibilities Fully responsible for the daily financial accounting, tax filing, treasury management, financial reporting, and analysis of the Indonesia entity.

Ensure the company’s financial operations strictly comply with Indonesian laws and regulations, effectively manage cross-border fund flows, support the financial needs of omnichannel sales operations (including e-commerce platforms, distributors, and retail business), and control cost and financial risks.

• Accounting and Financial Reporting Manage full-set accounting of the Indonesia entity, review source documents and prepare journal entries to ensure timeliness, accuracy, and compliance of financial records (in accordance with Indonesian GAAP – PSAK).

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, Cash Flow Statement) and internal management reports on time.

• Tax Filing and Compliance Responsible for calculation, filing, and payment of all applicable taxes in Indonesia, including but not limited to Corporate Income Tax (PPh Badan), Value Added Tax (PPN), Withholding Taxes (PPh 21/23/26/4(2)), and local taxes.

• Handle the annual corporate income tax reconciliation and compliance process.

• Treasury and Cash Management Manage corporate bank accounts, review and execute daily payments and receipts, and perform bank reconciliations.

• Monitor cash flow conditions, prepare cash flow forecasts, and ensure sufficient and efficient use of working capital.

• Financial Support for Omnichannel Sales Handle financial reconciliation, settlement, invoicing, and expense accounting with e-commerce platforms.

• Manage sales reconciliation, collection, and credit control with distributors and retail customers.

• Support sales and operations teams with pricing assessments, promotional financial evaluations, and related financial analysis.

• Team Management Lead and manage the local finance team (e.g., accountant and cashier), including work allocation, coaching, and training.

• Requirements 1.

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Tax, or related fields.

• Have at least 3 years experience as finance supervisor/manager 3.

• Holding Indonesian accounting/tax professional certifications (e.g., Brevet A & B) or internationally recognized qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA), with strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards.

• Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and verbal).

• Mandarin communication skills will be considered a strong advantage.
