We are looking for a reliable Operations Executive to ensure smooth daily operations and strong process control.

• Experience in administration or operations role (education industry is a plus)

• Detail-oriented and highly organized

• Comfortable handling financial tracking and documentation

• Able to communicate clearly and professionally

• Familiar with Google Sheets, Notion, or similar tools

• Responsible and disciplined

• Manage student enrollment records and data accuracy

• Ensure payment confirmation before class activation

• Monitor invoices and follow up when necessary

• Coordinate onboarding process for new students

• Track lesson logs and ensure reports are submitted properly

• Support scheduling and internal coordination

• Prepare simple weekly and monthly operational summaries

• Maintain organized data in Notion and internal systems
